Ctrl Alt Named the UK’s Fastest-Growing Fintech in Deloitte’s 2026 Fast 50

Ctrl Alt has secured first place in the fintech category of Deloitte’s 2026 Technology Fast 50, an annual ranking recognising the UK’s fastest-growing technology companies.

‍

We also ranked fifth overall. A tokenization provider and operator placing that high across all sectors would have been unlikely three years ago. It is a measure of how quickly interest in tokenized alternative assets has turned into institutional demand, and a credit to the team delivering it.

‍

Established in 1998, the Technology Fast 50 is one of the UK’s leading technology award programmes, celebrating the innovation and ambition behind the country’s most rapidly scaling businesses. The rankings are based on percentage revenue growth over three years, and Ctrl Alt recorded 6,265% over this period.

‍

Three Years of Building Behind the Ranking

In that time, Ctrl Alt has grown from an early-stage startup to an international business, working alongside governments and some of the world’s largest financial institutions.

‍

Much of that change dates from 2024, when we delivered industry-first projects and expanded into the UAE, a market that has since become an important part of the business. That expansion led to our role in the region’s first government-led real estate tokenization initiative, bringing property title deeds directly on-chain through integration with the land registry.

‍

The team and the regulatory footprint have grown alongside it. Since the beginning of 2025, headcount has increased from 15 to more than 60. In 2026 alone, Ctrl Alt secured direct FCA authorisation in the UK, MiFID authorisation in Ireland and GFSC authorisation in Guernsey, allowing us to offer a broader range of regulated services across multiple markets.

‍

The clearest measure of that progress is the assets themselves. Ctrl Alt has tokenized more than $1.8 billion in alternative assets spanning real estate, private credit, private equity and commodities.

‍

Three years on, we're operating across more markets, delivering increasingly complex projects and working with institutions that are putting tokenization into practice.

‍

The Growing Role of Innovation in UK Finance

The Deloitte ranking also reflects the UK’s standing as a centre for financial technology, and where that technology is now being put to work.

‍

Ctrl Alt has been built around one objective: to provide the infrastructure that alternative assets have lacked. These markets have long relied on fragmented systems and manual processes that have fallen behind the rest of financial services.

‍

Governments and financial institutions recognise the same problems and are looking for practical ways to solve them. That is why demand has grown as quickly as it has.

‍

Tokenization has gone from something institutions were testing to something they are using. That change is still spreading, and the amount of work left to do is considerably larger than what is behind us. There is a lot of room to grow, and we are excited about the next stage of building it.
