What's Involved

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our Product Department. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building Ctrl Alt’s tokenization platform to enhance our suite of offerings to ultimately increase the AUM of real-world assets issued by Ctrl Alt.

  • Owning and driving the implementation of the product teams roadmap
  • Building upon our existing architecture to create products and features for the different use cases of our clients
  • Translating the business needs into high quality product specifications (e.g., flows, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria etc.) for your development team to implement
  • Engaging in technical discussions with engineers regarding architecture and implementation
  • Facilitating the project management of longer term client integrations
  • Consuming the APIs of and integration with 3rd party providers

Requirements

Must Haves

  • 2+ years experience as a product manager within a high-growth tech company or as a business analyst in a tier 1 institution with proven ability to execute change
  • Shipped user-facing or API products, built on complex technical systems running at scale
  • High analytical and commercial awareness with the ability to conduct quantitative investigations using SQL or similar tools

Nice to Haves

  • Strong desire to work in an early stage Fintech
  • Proven understanding of emerging trends in technology
