What's Involved

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategy and Operations Manager to join our Product Department.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and implementing scalable, high-impact solutions that drive the growth of Ctrl Alt’s business.

The Role:

  • Leading and executing strategic projects, for example launching new markets, or asset classes
  • Distil business needs to the product managers to help shape the product roadmap
  • Process optimization internally to streamline feedback loops and deliverables
  • Problem solve with external partners to develop innovate solutions leveraging our cutting edge technology
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic goals and operational priorities

Requirements

Must Haves

  • 2+ years experience in strategy consulting at a top consulting firm or in a top tier fintech
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • A proven track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and execute strategic initiatives effectively.

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with financial services, real-world assets, or digital platforms is a plus.
  • Strong desire to work in an early stage Fintech
