What's Involved
As Ctrl Alt continues to grow we are seeking an Operations Associate to assist the Operations Team and COO in the operations function. This hybrid role is based in our Belfast office, with a typical schedule of three office days and two remote working days per week. You will work directly with C-suite to ensure business processes are created and streamlined in order to aid a rapidly scaling organisation. The breadth of work will stretch across many sections of the business and there will be opportunities for you to grow with the business.
Responsibilities will include, but not will not be limited to:
- Support the day-to-day running of core operational processes
- Assist in data validation, reconciliations, and documentation to maintain accuracy across operational systems
- Take ownership of ad hoc operational tasks, research requests, or short-term projects as assigned
- Applying a good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the wider team/working group
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
- Learn, understand and help form the products, rules, regulations, procedures, and controls of the business
Requirements
Must Haves
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or finance-related role
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and work towards deadlines
- Keen attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to roll up sleeves, get stuck in and be a team player
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Self-reliant, good problem solver, and results driven
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with financial products or real-world assets is a plus
- A passion for fintech, tokenisation and the future of investing
- Knowledge of Blockchain networks
