Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and detail oriented Business Associate to join our Dubai office. This role sits at the intersection of business development, product strategy, and operations, providing critical support to senior management in driving growth and client engagement. You will play a key role in understanding business requirements, shaping product initiatives, building strategic materials for potential clients, and ensuring operational excellence across new and existing projects.
The Role
As a Business Associate, you will be responsible for enabling business growth, supporting product strategy, and creating high quality investor facing materials.
Key responsibilities include:
- Business & Product Development: Support the design and execution of new product and business initiatives to drive AUM growth and market expansion.
- Investor Pitch Materials: Create professional, data driven pitch books, presentations, and strategic documents for clients and key partners, articulating our product vision and business potential.
- Customer Relationship Management: Collaborate with senior management to nurture and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Operational Frameworks: Design and implement efficient processes to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives and scalability of operations.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, evaluate new opportunities, and provide insights to support strategic decision making.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic goals and operational priorities
This is a mid level role based in Dubai.
