What's Involved

As Executive Assistant to the leadership team at Ctrl Alt, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, managing priorities, and helping the team focus on high-impact work. You’ll be right at the heart of the executive team, working behind the scenes to keep the business running smoothly.


Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Scheduling meetings both internal and external as required and providing support to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations
  • Promoting Ctrl Alt’s culture and bringing new ideas to the team
  • Support project management tasks and help track deliverables, deadlines, and action items
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively address them

Requirements

Must Haves

  • Experience in assisting and supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-growth tech start-up
  • Clear organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Highly efficient, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable dealing with all levels of stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency with G-Suite, Slack and MacOS
  • Comfortable working 5 days a week from the London office for hands-on-support

Nice to Haves

  • Background in booking complex business travel
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
